Cardiff City leapfrogged Preston North End to move into the Championship play-off places with a 3-1 win at Deepdale. The European Union will ban travellers from outside from the bloc for 30 days in an unprecedented move to seal its borders amid the coronavirus crisis. F1 2020 season now expected to start at end of May, due to Coronavirus, say Formula 1 and FIA

Following the cancellation of the season-opening Australian Grand Prix and the postponement of the races in China, Bahrain and Vietnam, Formula 1 and governing body the FIA have said they now ‘expect’ the 2020 season to begin at the end of May – though this will be regularly reviewed.
