Owen Williams has signed for Japanese club NTT Docomo Red Hurricanes, making him ineligible to play for Wales. The Welsh Rugby Union have revealed the special tribute they planned to pay to Matthew J Watkins ahead of Wales’ game against Scotland. Today’s Six Nations match at the Principality Stadium has been postponed due to fears over the coronavirus.
